By using SwiftonRental, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before registering or making a booking.

1. Eligibility

You must hold a valid Australian driver's licence and be 21 years or older to rent a vehicle through VicRentals. All renters must complete identity verification before booking.

2. Payments

Rental payments are due monthly in advance. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of your account and termination of your rental agreement.

3. Vehicle Use

Vehicles must be used lawfully and in accordance with Victorian road rules. Smoking, pets (unless agreed), and off-road use are prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the vehicle owner.

4. Damage & Bond

A refundable bond is payable at the start of your rental. This may be used to cover damage beyond fair wear and tear.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation policies vary by provider. Please review cancellation terms on your booking page before confirming.

6. Liability

VicRentals acts as a marketplace platform only. We are not responsible for the condition of vehicles listed by third-party providers beyond our verification process.
